The UPS Store

I began using the Highway 1, Iowa City, UPS Store location many years ago shortly after it opened. I used their mailbox service for a while and found that helpful for receiving packages from various carriers. Amazon returns are easy. If you stop by during a busy lunch hour, there may be a line. When it gets busy they will sometimes have extra employees available with one person carrying a portable scanner to speed up the process.

I arrived 3 minutes before they closed. Employee says we recommend coming in 10 minutes before they close. We'll I drove 20 miles because I had to come to town and didn't realize they closed at 6 p.m. Had large bill and wouldn't take because they were a small business 😅 UPS is a small business.???

UPS is a wonderful company. Great customer service. Great efficiency. The UPS drivers do a fantastic job too. I appreciate UPS
